Ordered a piece which was falsely named in the shop. Was marketed as a two piece but was just one. This one piece didnt even fit me and when i asked for a refund (of course i sent it back), they started saying that they wont pay for shipment because its too far away and would instead give us a 30% discount, yet i still had the piece that wasnt my size and they wouldnt take it back and ship me a new one in my size. This was all in the span of 3 days.

Its’ s scam company. They don’t cancelling. And taken 50% for cancelling order after 1 hour !

Don’t EVER think to buy from them , I’ve ordered 1 month in a half back payed and they didn’t delivered , after more than 10 e-mails that I’ve sent to them - they asked me to pay a fee ( that I don’t know from where it came for 5 usd by pay pall ) after sending them the proof of paying they said that can’t deliver anymore

This people never send the items that I bought, always they were changing the date of delivery and also I ask for the return the money and they want to charge me 15 % DONT BUY FROM THEM

I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. First I bought a dress hoping to wear for an event and I didn’t get it in time. It took over a month and heard no update info until I email Coveshe. Then, when my order finally arrived ,it looked cheap and not like the pictures, so I email again to find out how to return , because in the website the was no easy way to find it.They reply to me, asking me why do I wanted to return, and giving me no instructions on how to return.
When I told them I just didn’t like it, they told me , the cost would be too high for me to return, and they suggest me to give it to a friend, again with no return instructions. What an unprofessional response and service.

Horrible, horrible horrible customer service. Bad quality and they won’t accept returns. Please be careful

This company has not shipped any of my items and won’t refund my money. They said they shipped one item and the others are out of stock. Nothing has arrived. Tried to give me a discount and only refund me a 1/4 of my money. No refund. This company are scammers. They have stopped responding to emails request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total Scam, do not waste your money. Poor quality looks cheap, cannot send anything back, backwards and forwards with emails trying to return items only to be offered 10% refund and 20% off next order!! As if I would purchase again !!

Bad bad bad quality, even if u find it affordable u will definitely throw it away . So keep ur money and get something wearable

Please. Do yourself a favor and Never, never ever buy from this brand. They charge for an expensive shipping fee, they hire a terrible carrier company. I never got my package and they decide not to solve any issue since it was not their problem anymore.

Awful experience with them. PLEASE AVOID.
I ordered and paid for 10 items on 18th March. Nothing arrived for 5 weeks. After many emails to chase them, after more than 3 weeks they replied after that 7 of the 10 items were “not ready” and asked me to select 7 other items instead. I asked them to ship the 3 items that were ready and asked how long it would take for those items to be ready. I exchanged MANY more emails with Coveshe, with them trying to convince me to order different items rather than refunding me, and me insisting I wanted a refund for the 7 items. In 10th of April finally agreed to refund the 7 items. Today is 8th of May and I still haven’t received the refund. ALSO, the 3 other items finally arrived after 6 weeks but the sizes weren’t right. I have now emailed them 4 times to send me return details & the keep saying it’s not worth my while to return them due to postage charges and they insist I keep them and take a 40% discount!!! Basically I have lost ALL the money I paid for 10 items I ordered without any usable product.

Worst ever shopping experience I ever had in my entire life...I seriously don't know why this shop haven't been closed. Never buy from here, I have sent 34 emails, asked for refund and to escalate my complaint and they dont even have contact number or chat service to speak to anyone. Keep emailing them and they say they will send me tracking details in a couple of days since February and today 3rd of May 2024 still waiting for an update. My holiday was in March this year clearly...Will have to swim naked.

Awful company and believe this to be scam paid over 80$ for three items never saw them !! I’ve emailed the company and they said would send out never seen them !! Keep your money safe

BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!
I have been trying to return an item through email conversations and it is a horrible return policy. I paid $70 for my order and my items were too small and they suggested I keep them and buy another one in a larger size with a 10% discount instead of a full refund (they do not accept me to send it back). Although it is included in the website's 24 hour return policy and the policy says that if it is their side, they will pay the refund costs (totally false) Nothing fits me, so how is this discount helpful? They don't disclose any of this on their website. They don't have any reviews on their social media and you can't leave one there either.

Pretty dress but horrible return policy. My dress was too small and they suggested keeping it and buy another with 20% off? Even tho it falls into the 24 hour return policy on the website.. don’t waste your time.. waste of money with poor communication

I've been trying to return an item for 2 weeks now, I'm 8 emails in and keep being offered 10% of the sale price instead of a full refund as apparently the import fee won't be worth it. They don't disclose any of this on their website. They are scammers!
People promoting theirs products on Instagram should be embarrassed they've associated themselves with such a poor brand.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a white swimsuit for my wedding and when I didn’t get any notice from them for 2.5 weeks I decided to reach out. They never would have told me that they didn’t have it in stock if I hadn’t reached out to them first. Then, customer service… woof. I wanted a refund and they refused sending me multiple emails begging me to keep my order and they would let me choose something different. I kept telling them I just wanted a refund and 8 emails in, I’m still dealing with them refusing to give me the refund. They are scammers and don’t have reviews on their social media. Don’t fall for it. They’re a pain.

Wish I had seen this review before purchasing. What they send is not what is shown or advertised on Instagram. Their CS is awful and they keep giving you the run around. I will report them to Insta as well.

I wouldn’t even give a start at all unfortunately. The sizes are so off, custom service is not the best. They refuse to give you a refund even for items that hasn’t even shipped ( going on 3 weeks). Run. Do not order from this website.
