The order took weeks to arrive & when it did I was VERY disappointed. Nothing like the pictures and very poor quality: awful finish & horrible synthetic fabric. Should have realised - really wish I'd read the reviews. Such a shame as the designs are great. - the clothes simply do not do them justice.

I normally wear a US size 8. Ordered 3 items in size L. All too small. Here is the response I received “It’s very sorry to hear that the item is not suitable for you. According to our return policy, I am afraid that you need to return the item yourself. Please kindly note that the return shipping fee would be much more expensive. Therefore, it’s note cost-effective. For this issue, I suggest you keep this item and re-order for the suitable one. Since we really value you as our customer, we would like to honor you a 20% discount for it.”

THE WORST!
I fell for their advertising, looks nice quality etc. let me tell you. Quality is rubbish, my 5year old could make the trousers I ordered. The material was very plasticky and not what the pictures showed.
I sent it back paying postage with my own money, I don’t expect I’ll get a refund. I would say the product was fit for the bin. I’ve learned my lesson.

Don’t buy from this company. They send items that don’t match their measurements on their website (6 inches difference on bust). Then they try and offer a ridiculous discount to get you to keep the shoddy unwearable clothes. Then they say they will refund but you will be charged import tax on the return , that it will take weeks to process and you also have to pay the postage to return the goods, but they don’t provide necessary information for you to reluctantly organise the return of parcel.
PayPal seem to side with this dodgy company (because you can’t provide return tracking, because the company will not provide information I need to send the parcel, and I have informed them of this as part of the claim!) so I am having to now make a formal complaint. Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
I will keep posting these honest reviews until I receive the refund I am entitled to. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I bought 2 pairs of trs. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Worste quality I have seen for £50. Cheapest rubbish. How to company's still get away with this. They are stealing peoples money. Shocking

If I could have given no stars, I would have. Truly I horrible company to deal with. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I ordered over three weeks ago still no info on shipment. I wish I would of researched this company before I ordered.

Truly terrible quality and experience. Trying to return stuff was a nightmare, they just kept asking completely irrelevant questions, emailing back and forth with me for like 3 weeks. I am losing half my money by returning but the stuff is so bad its not worth it to keep.

Pretty much what others have said… assume whatever you spend is gone. Quality is very poor.. sizes are not accurate. Their solution to your problem…”ok you can send back but you will pay shipping (to China) and also tax and also customs fee….. so why don’t we give you 20% off your next purchase and you keep the stuff?”
So my $87 is a lesson learned.

Well, lesson learned on who you order items from on the Internet their website is very cute with a lot of adorable items.

When I got my sundresses, they were low quality, and the sizes were not at all consistent. They refused to give me a refund and said I should just keep them.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! I ordered two dresses and they were fake screen prints that were pixelated and not even the same material. They find photos of product from real websites and use it on theirs and then say that’s the product they are selling. They refuse to give me my money back after I sent them photos of the product! DON’T DO IT

Loved the design, but fabric crap! And again size is misrepresented. After reading reviews just know I’ll not be able to exchange and will be stuck with overpriced rubbish!

My pants looked nothing like the photos. Fabric was cheap and was not the pattern I ordered. Wasn’t the cut shown, just cheap crap not we’ve tailored for a woman’s shape. Think strait seems al the way from top to bottom. Of course not customer service, they said I could mail back to China.

Utter rubbish. It says a polyester cotton mix. If there is an ounce of cotton in it I will be surprised, as it is a static, cheapest polyester, badly put together. What a pity, as the design on the website is good, they could put together a really nice garment and people would order more. I won't be seen dead in this.

Absolute poorest quality of clothes. Fabric is atrocious. Two pairs of pants ordered, same size ordered, one is half the size of the other..when you ask for a refund they tell you because it's in China it would be cheaper for you to just make a new order?!? What?! Like I want more of this flammable nonsense. When pressed they offer you maybe 10% in a refund so you can't even fight through PayPal. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! BEWARE!!!

I ordered pants in November. They were never delivered and for some reason, despite an easy straightforward address they were returned to Coveshe. Every day I get a new email: “They were destroyed.”
“I can give you 10-29% off next order, etc. Today’s email completely misunderstands my issue and thinks I have the pants and want to return them. Over and over I reiterate I want my pants or a full refund. If I don’t get one or the other you are ROBBING me. STEALING from me.

it is FIVE weeks since I ordered my Coveshe items, and I have still not received anything. The gear looks amazing on Social Media. However, after reading dozens of reviews about this brand and its quality, I am almost dreading the day my goods arrive!

We need to be able to say ‘No Stars’. One Star is way too many!
Very poor quality material, very poor workmanship, blurred printing and ridiculous sizing.
When I asked to return, I was offered a 10% discount on a future purchase. I refused. I was then offered a 20% discount on future purchases. Again I refused. I was finally given the return address only to find it would cost AU$40 to return US$80 worth of clothes.
I tried PayPal. I was then offered a US$20 refund. I have refused and asked PayPal to continue to advocate on my behalf. Just awful products and service. Do not buy!

BUYER BEWARE... The materials are stiff and the sizing is all wrong. I ordered a small and received a large -- it swam on me -- When you try to get a refund all you get is push back. I have a number of responses from them telling me I have to pay to send it back to China and then pay tariffs and they will give me 30% discount on my next purchase. Why would I ever buy anything again from them. I said I would accept a 50% refund but then they just offered 10%. As the others said...it is a scam.
