Terrible company who lack any customer satisfaction - also cannot get hold of anyone at the company.

In response to your response - you’ve taken money, sat on the order for 4 days and now claim to have no stock. You didn't even email explaining the situation, just left us to comment on here to get a response from someone. If you have no one to answer emails or phones your website shouldn’t be operating. However as you’ve stopped operating, I am sure the negative review doesn’t even matter at this point.

No communication, no order production. Can’t reach on phone despite trying multiple times. Have been contacted by someone who says the businsss ceased operating end of March 2025.

Order has never been received, I have never had any further communication regarding the order since it was placed and the money taken from my account. I have tried contacting the company via email and socials and have not had a response. Order was only for a replacement LED light strip so would not expect it to take more than 10 working days to arrive.
