Excellent, high-quality service. I didn't have any problems with my order from Couture USA. The stuff here are of course a little overpriced, but now I have a famous brand item. In general, I was very satisfied with the products of the company, they are of very high quality.

Excellent customer service and they reply via email promptly, making you feel like they want your business and are willing to answer any questions. There was a mixup with my original order but they were able to compromise and in the end I ended up with a gorgeous, pre-loved LV. Their rating system is accurate from my experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for rare vintage and pre-loved luxury finds.

Great service. I like how the store responded fast to my inquiries about some of the clothes they had on offfer. I got all the information that I needed before I made my order and it was great. I bought a Louis Vuitton backpack
I bought a Louis Vuitton backpack, overall good but it was described as “gently used” with only two of the scratches of the bag shown in the pictures however when I got it there was a lot more scratches that weren’t depicted and a week later after I purchased they had a good sale and wouldn’t apply the discount it’s whatever overall an okay experience I suppose
