Pressed one star to be able to write review. I also made mistake of not checking where order was coming from and checking reviews. Dress ordered arrived at least 4 sizes too big, not size i ordered. Absolute nightmare. They are crooks and scammers. Their behaviour is illegal attempting to give credit ( not refund) when the fault is theirs. After umpteen emails they have informed me they are refunding half my money when they actually eventually offered me 65% of money. thieves and liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . How they get away with retailing in UK i. Just don’t know.

AVOID
AVOID. Items never received despite receiving delivery notification. Ring doorbell showed no delivery and courier unable to provide proof. Couture Moda then forwarded random photo of somebody front door. TOTAL SCAM. Trying to get money back through my bank.

Bought a dress it took weeks to arrive now they won’t refund only offer a store credit. Dress arrived absolutely nothing like the picture it’s a disgrace. Material look colour, cheap rubbish DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I did contact customer services They fob you off offer 75% in store credit to keep item or return and get 120% instore credit, I purchased online!.. the only store is nowhere near where I live. This is absolutely disgusting how companies think it’s ok to mistreat customers. I want a full refund!!

Just thought I would post again . To all those who are contemplating buying and looking at the percentages only 10% satisfied customers ! Think that speaks for itself .
I cannot usually be bothered or the type to write reviews . However , this is as I have found out in my case a breach of contract as the goods advertised are not what was sent out . Linen/cotton blend is in fact a polyester/cotton and so poorly made - sizing is appallingly incorrect.
So as the dresses are not as described and therefore not in line with Trading standards one is allowed to have a full refund . They have made out that they are sale pricing when this is also misleading and there sii uh posed get out of jail clause as sales goods .
Be very very careful . You may be one of the ten percent , but very likely to be one of the 90% dissatisfied!

Company operating illegally within the UK
Sadly, I was another person caught by this offensive company. The item I purchased was very poorly made and, when I tried to get a refund, was told they didn't offer this service. That is illegal within the UK.
Why are they allowed to operate in this country if they don't abide by our laws.
Wish I had looked at the other reviews for this shocking organisation before I ordered online.

Turns out not a fraudulent site after all!
After this trader failed to send an email acknowledgment of my order and my not receiving the order a fortnight later, I looked for reviews, most of which were negative, and provided my own, also negative, review. In response I received what was clearly a standard response asking for information (which I didn’t have as my order wasn’t acknowledged) so that the order could be tracked. After I pointed this out, I received another, standard, response about tracking the order, impossible without information that hadn’t been sent! This morning, August 4, a package that contained what I believe I ordered was delivered by Royal Mail. So, not a fraudulent site. Just not as competent as one is entitled to expect. Two stars, maybe!

I ordered 3 dresses on 17th July. At checkout, delivery stated was within 1-3 days. My parcel didn't arrive until 1st August. I ordered one of the dresses in a L and XL, as I wasn't sure about sizing. Their sizing is not true to UK sizing and the XL was actually smaller than the L. The quality of the dresses and colour were shocking - definitely not as advertised on their website.
When I emailed customer services regarding a refund, I was told that sale items could not be refunded as stated in their refunds policy. If you check their policy it doesn't mention that until paragraph 15.
I have spent the last two days trying to resolve this issue and my bank ended up issuing a charge back for this purchase of £95.
