Easy to cancel with live chat
Easy to cancel with live chat. Even though I was under the assumption I was only going to be charged $1 for the report, I was signed up for an additional $20 report and not made a fully aware of what was being charged until it showed in my bank statement. Pretty shady in my opinion.

I went on the site to get my report and received it. However me being a senior signed up for two charges of A$9.95 and $7.00. I disputed with my CU and they refused to reverse the charges. So I decided to go to Courtrec.Com and see if I would have to fight with them as well. I mean $27.00 in these hard times is a lot for a senior. So I chatted and told them the situation. I was so anxious, I wouldn't let the chat finish the questions. Long story long, I should be getting my refund in 3 to 5 business days.
