Bad!!
Bad!!! It has been such an interesting journey with CourtLink. Yes they can do very rudimentary and perfunctory service. Anything just a notch over basic of the basic and they are at a loss. Their website leads one to believe they provide much more service than these amateurs are capable of performing. Even on basic stuff I have had to take the lead and help them through the process. My vision of this is a bunch of, as they say "associates", that will one day graduate, and maybe, get hired by a legal firm, only to discover you simply cannot be this sloppy while providing professional services.
They used to have an 800# listed on their website but call it and get a voice recording they don't do that level of support. Everything is handled via email, and good luck with that. If you ask more than one question, they pick the easiest one, maybe two, and ignore the rest. Also, don't make the mistake of using the support link on their website. You will never get a response from that and when questioned in one of the many, many emails back and forth, they will even deny there is a support link on their website, yet there is still exists.
To sum up, I would not ever use CourtLink ever again for any purpose.
UPDATE:
In response to the response from CourtLink.
Re: “A demand letter…” All true. This is the basic stuff I said they handled.
Re: “All his questions…” They were repetitious because they were not answered. I agree I probably came across short because I do not expect to have to drag information out of people getting paid to provide that information. So they try my patience and get offended when they are called out for their inadequacies.
Re: “The real reason…” Not even close. The lack of professionalism and service is the real reason for this review. This started from the very beginning. I signed up and paid and heard nothing. Did I get signed up? Did they get the money? I know my credit card was hit. I sent two messages via their support link on their website. More of nothing. I then get hold of another email support address and finally get a response. When I asked why they never sent me anything nor responded to the requests through their website they claimed they have no such support link on their website. After I sent them a picture of it they responded “We will investigate this further…”. That link is still on their website.
Re: the rest of their response. Just smoke. It appears the problem here is they actually believe they are doing a good service. I deal with professionals all the time and I am sorry to say I must disagree with their assessment; they were a total pain to work with from the very start.

Called customer service and not in service because of Covid. No instructions on how to edit something once done. How do you edit ?
Is this summary just a summary that you will use to write the letter
Why do I have two transactions for the same pending ? I will pay for one letter if someone calls me so I can edit it. Is the summary turned into a legal professional letter that I can review before it’s mailed ? Please advise

I used this service in order to file a claim in small claims court in 2019. A King County, WA court preliminary court date was finally scheduled in 2022. I paid to have the defendant served. They were not. The case was dismissed. I contacted Courtlinked.com numerous times over the year(s) and they refused to refund my money. NOT WORTH IT. They will scam you for your money.

Robbie was extremely helpful and patient with me.
It was great having a company to take care of all the details for a court case. It's very complicated without help. I will recommend this company to friends and colleagues.
I urge everyone to read this full…
I urge everyone to read this full review. They are going to attempt to respond to this to discredit any negative review, but they know they committed fraud, tried to cover it up with a refund, only to fail to provide any sort of acceptable level of customer service. CL will try to deflect where they think they can here. I have full evidence and email threads to all of this. The CA AG will be getting this complaint.
**Edit in response to CL**. For those that didn’t catch the Gaslighting - They refuse to even acknowledge or discuss that they told me that first sent my documents on August 9th. The postmark and date of their check to the court was after September 14th, 2021. This is their fraudulent claim and the actual reason they refunded me. The rest of my complaint after they refunded me was their total lack of any follow up with me, the fact they did not use sheriff services as was the option on their site to serve the defendant, and the fact that they withheld information from me for a month which allowed the case to expire after this long wait period. Instead of apologizing, they are coming with a holier than thou attitude that because they refunded me, it excuses them from living up to their commitments to me, even on what they call “free service.” That free service was given due to their fraud to begin with.
I paid to file a small claims case on July 2nd, 2021. The initial process on their site was about as much satisfaction as I would get out of this 5 month nightmare. After I filed, it took me a few weeks to find a service address to send a process server to the defendant. This was completed on August 5th and now it was a waiting game.
August 17th - I followed up asking how long this normally takes. They responded 15-30 days depending on court docket. They specifically stated they sent this in on August 9th, first fraudulent claim.
Sept 9th - I followed up again asking for an update as it had been a month from their stated date. They responded saying “nothing yet, should be this month.”
Sept 28th - I followed up again asking if we could look into what happened, they said their check had not cleared and it should be this or next week.
Oct 4th - I get a call from a local county court clerk. They state that Courtlinked filed in the wrong court. During this call, I asked how long it would take if we had to send this to a new court because the original wait had been so long, since Courtlinked indicated it was the court’s fault for the wait. The clerk stated that it only takes a couple days once they get mail and it was no way the court’s fault. The clerk sent me everything they sent the court. Courtlinked had not sent anything in until September 15th, which was the date of their check, I have this as evidence. I’m furious.
Oct 4th - I email Courtlinked extremely upset. They never admit to sending it later, however the postmark date and check are all the evidence I need to see they are lying. However they offer to refund me in full and work my case at no charge. As upset as I am, I agree to this and to take down negative reviews along with my BBB complaint. I’m hopeful based on this act of decent customer service.
Oct 20th - The correct court receives the filing and I’m hopeful this will be completed.
Oct 24th - I ask what the process is for serving the defendant. They tell me I need to wait for service reports.
Oct 31st - No updates from CL, I once again have to ask. They cannot provide an update.
Nov 6th - I again have to reach out as they have not said a word to me. They state its NOW been assigned to a service company. Weeks later. I had also paid for the Sheriff to serve the defendant. CL throws it in my face that they are doing this for free. I remind them that they are doing it for free because they fraudulently told me that this was in process, when in fact all they did is collect my money and sit on it.
Nov 11th - No updates from them still. I ask for the service company name. They provide it but state the company will not talk to me and I have to go through them. The only update is that service was attempted. I wait.
Nov 19th - No updates from them, I have to chase them down every god damn week. They state this takes time. Due to my previous interactions with them, I don’t trust them at all. They did not give this to the sheriff as I asked. Also the case will be dismissed in AZ if nothing happens in 45 days. I suspect they are waiting for this.
Dec 2nd - Today. STIL NO UPDATES. I have to ask again. They finally provide me with a copy of the report from the service company. It states that on NOVEMBER 9th was the last attempt made and the address may not be where the defendant is. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS. This company is a fraud. I complain to them and they throw it in my face that they are doing this “for free.” They are only doing this for free so I don’t file a fraud claim with the BBB and AG, which I now plan to do. 5 months.

Excellent service
Excellent service. They handled all my needs and request in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend their service. Also would like to add that I won my case. Lol.
Demand Letter
I'm disabled and needed a letter that would get results. I was concerned that I would have to go to court to get my money. Courtlinked wrote a Demand Letter, and on the 15th day, I got a check for the amount requested. I'm grateful that Courtlinked helped me.
NJ- First time for any suit- Great experience
First time for any suit. CourtLinked took care of the needed paperwork to file in NJ. Once I filled the defendant (a business) called me and took ownership and offered to pay the full amount I was asking for including filing fees and the $100 for this service (a bargain for the time saved). As such I emailed CourtLinked who told me the procedure to close the suit. I am SO grateful to CourtLinked for their services that helped me resolve this matter. Thank you!
"I received my things back!!"
Hello,
I just really wanted to genuinely thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to us customers. Thanks to your demand letter; my things were delivered by uber and a couple of things I had were more sentimental than monetary value. I started crying I was so Happy. I'm so grateful and I guarantee you I'd never see those things again if it weren't for you all.

Exceptional Service!
I’ve been procrastinating resolving this situation with an inept real estate agent that I dealt with. I went to mediation, was too late for arbitration, so I decided on small claims court. The filing and paper work seemed daunting and then I stumbled across CourtLink and it was money well spent to have them handle filing and processing for me. Anytime I checked back on the status of things, I received a prompt email response (even on weekends)….if you’re daunted and intimidated by this task, let them guide you through the process and save yourself so ouch worry and grief!

Outstanding Legal Assistance for a low fee!!!
Nothing but the best for an extremely low fee ($75). I won a $1600 lawsuit thanks to the assistance and superior customer service from Court Link. I'm recommending it to everyone I know who is afraid of obtaining legal advice online.
Non-Refundable Travel Expenses Can be Refundable
We had two cases with them, one for $9,500 and one for $600 and both were processed efficiently and resulted in settlement and payment before trial dates. Anyone that lost money due to the Covid19 pandemic should consider using the Small Claims process to recover their non-refundable travel advances paid funds.

USELESS.
There is absolutely no way this company has 4+ star reviews they have to be planted/fake. This is the most disorganized, hard to reach, impossible to navigate website I've been to. Of course there's no telephone support and each email gets answered days later. USELESS.

New Laws for Small Claims in Cali
So now in california with all the new covid laws you have send. Evidence beforehand CIV 278. Basically exhibit 1, 2, 3, 4 ETC. One letter to the court explaining your situation. You have send one copy to the court and one copy to your defense. Use certified mail. That's good enough for serve for that. Must send 10 days prior.
They help set up a case for coinbase which I thought I would never be able to find them, but they did.
They were legit and kept their promise. Wish they would inform me of the new small claims laws in california. You can do video or telephone conference. The telephone conference is same price as parking. So I just did that. As long as the court receives your evidence by mail. You should be fine.
Don't let corporate bully you around. Fight for what's right.
I highly recommend you get sheriff department to process serve your small claims case if it's hard one to do.
But yeah. Now I just wait for my verdict. The customer service was always fast and friendly via email. They answered stuff promptly.
It's been really hard for me emotionally with the things this evil company did to me.
Hopefully no more small claims cases in the future. If there were I rather go in person, but in this case everything was through teleconference and mail.
Dealing with law and going to court
Dealing with law and going to court is not an easy task and for some reason we do not want to deal with it, that how I was feeling about it. I had all the document to prove my case but filing it was a big upsticle for me and with the help of courtlink it became a piece a cake. I wish I knew about them before.
Terrific Court Service Company
I had a horrible experience with a dentist. I found this company to file a small claims motion. The customer service is superb. They respond immediately, handle everything professionally, saved me the trouble of going to the court and fees are more than reasonable. Now that the DDS was served with our court date, he called to settle out of court. I can't recommend this company enough. If I need to file again, I'm using this company without a doubt.
I could not have been happier or moe satisfied
I could not have been happier or more impressed with their work. They filled out all the material perfectly, got my case placed into the system, and most importantly was able to use a third party to serve somebody who was going to make it very difficult to serve him
Without any question, if I had to go to small claims court again, I would use Courtlinked.com to put the whole thing together. They are absolutely the best and will do everything in their power to help you!

Worst ever!!!
Worst ever!!!!
Gave them over $200. They did not one single thing for me. I even gave them names, license plate numbers, addresses, pretty much everything. All they had to do was serve them and book the court date. Waste of money.
