non existent customer services
I am a member, once they have your money customer services is extinct. I have sent 4 support tickets so far, 5 emails and all have been ignored apart from 1 generic reply.
Previously i have had 28, yes 28 emails ignored
For what this platform costs per year, (also you get an above inflation increase every year) you would think customer services would be better.

They will reply pretending they care
Save your time, money and well being by not going to engage with this app and rather find something better. As a courier you mean nothing to them, just a number in a graphic, somebody they will use to make money. You have a lot of expenditure and while they atre doing their best to give you the smallest possible price, you do your best to work the longest possible hours.
