I have ordered a few times from County Golf and the pricing has been excellent! Calvin Klein polo shirts for under £20, Lyle & Scott T-shirts for under a tenner!!

I echo the qualms about sizes of shirts being wild, but can't really blame County Golf for Calvin Klein deciding their medium shirts will be tighter in the arms/longer in length than Ellesse for instance.

I didn't really want to pay for returns, so started by ordering what I thought would be the correct size - but yeah, some items weren't. So now I just accept I'll pay £3 to return some items and order the same stuff in different sizes (I always do this when returns are free).

Having returned a fair few items as a result of this, I can confirm the return was a bit slower than some other retailers, but only a few days post-delivery back to them.

All in all, very happy with service, have recommended to some friends, and will order again in the future.

I have bought several items from County Golf and I can’t fault their prices. The problem is the sizing of the clothes. I bought three pairs of shorts, same brand, same waist, but different colours. One was a perfect fit but the other two were at least an inch smaller. They wouldn’t refund the postage. Same issue with two tops but I decided to keep them. Also contact with their after sales department isn’t good. If they offered free returns they would get a five star rating because the prices are excellent, it’s just a gamble that the items will fit

I recently ordered a few long sleeved base layers from CG, in my usual size, the pictures and price on their website appeared to be very appealing.

The parcel turned up, I tried on one of the base layers and immediately thought they'd sent the wrong size. Nope, size 'large', however, I looked and felt like a pig in a condom. I'm not overweight at all but these things were ridiculously tight and really quite constricting - akin to compression tops.

No mention of sizing on the description, first time I've ever purchased something in my usual size where I could and should have actually sized up to XL or XXL.

Customer service were unsympathetic, replied with a stock answer with regards to returning the items - at my expense.

I'd be very careful when ordering from this outfit unless you're going for your usual brand in your regular size.

I won't be returning.

Clothes I brought from here fell apart after less than three months. Stitching was coming apart at the seams and the material had developed holes in it. I’d only worn it a handful of times, but County golf said they ‘don’t believe this is a fault, it appears to be wear and tear’.

They repeatedly refused to offer a warranty replacement or a refund.

I bought a pair of trousers and they fitted well. I’ve just bought another 2 pairs in the same make and they hardly fit over my calves even though they are the same size. Now it will cost me £4.95 to send them back … I wouldn’t buy from them again!

I bought two t shirts which were supposed to be large but were at least extra large so the sizing was incorrect.

Buy often, never had any problems

Just received my latest order . All bought from your fantastic clearance sale . I go to Portugal with my lovely sister . They are of course all golfers . I took some t/shirts from yourselves last year . The recipients from the Hotel & Restaurant , were absolutely made up with the quality of the shirts . I've been shopping with this company for the last 3 years. The quality is fantastic, shirts & jackets are proper sizing. Trousers have plenty of different choice, in length & waist. Best of all it is mostly well known brands. Have had a couple of returns mostly due to my own error in ordering wrong size. Dealt with easy & full refund. Sometimes, I manage to bag a huge discount like today of 80%. Keep up the good work guys, amazing.

Standard has dropped, take your chance on buying from them, some times good some times bad, lately service has been poor, I use to buy from them regularly now will shop elsewhere, customer relations not good at all, so tke your chance, Im considering small clams.

Top draw, items I purchased would be double the price on other sites even on half price sale. Quick delivery also, highly recommend

Great service. Ordered a few items of clothing and mistakenly ordered a wrong size. I emailed them to check if it could be changed - their CS team got back to early the next day to confirm they could. Order arrived a few days later, very happy!!!

Bought Under Armour golf shoes which they advertised as being waterproof. A number of players at my club also bought the same shoes from County Golf. We all have wet feet wearing these shoes if it has been raining. Definitely not waterproof

I have read some bad reviews with regard to customer service on this site but I have to say that I had an outstanding experience with County-Golf customer service. I found them helpful, polite, friendly and professional.
I had received a wrong item and returned it paying the return postage. Customer service ensured that I received the refund of the postage as well as the item I returned.

Items received were great, excellent price and delivered very fast without any issues. Would defo use again
