I don't normally leave feedback unless something is exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad!
We own and operate a logistics company called Kinetic Logistics, where we use quite a lot of manual handling machinery.
We have now purchased three forklift trucks from Countrywide, all transactions went as expected, but with the third truck we had delivered, we ended up postponing the project for almost two years for which it was purchased.
Two weeks ago we fired up the truck, and after half an hour we found a fault with it (quite an expensive fault). I contacted Tony at Country wide, and they contributed almost the entire repair cost, despite the fact we purchased the truck used, and a very long time ago!
To me, they have gone well above and beyond what was expected, all without argument.
We will order more equipment from them and they definitely get my solid recommendation!
