I purchased a Poppy Forge Large Tuteur from Country Charm for my Wisteria. Within 10 minutes of placing my order I received a lovely email from Karen informing me that she would be in touch once it was despatched.

There was 3-4 weeks delivery on the item, I contacted Karen a couple of days later to see if there was any possibility of an earlier delivery time. Karen couldn't have been more helpful, she contacted the manufacturer to see if they could expedite the order.

Karen kept in communication during the whole process, I received my Tuteur 10 days after placing the order. Well ahead of the quoted 3-4 weeks delivery time. The service Country Charm and Karen provide is outstanding, Karen's communication and manner is truly remarkable. You don't often come across people like Karen these days, she's a real Gem!

What a fabulous company this is....from the high quality product, the engraving and the excellent customer service shown by Karen. After sending the wrong details to be engraved and spiralling into blind panic....Karen went above and beyond to get the problem sorted resulting in delivery of the most beautiful gift for my groom to be ( in super quick time too)

I came across the retailer via a google search and was impressed with their range of personalised gifts, that were also reasonably priced. I opted for a leather bracelet with engraving. Communication was fast and efficient, as was postage. Unfortunately there was a tiny imperfection on the leather, so I reached out to discuss this over the phone (how refreshing to be able to speak with somebody in this world of chat bots or long distance customer service). Karen was apologetic and quick to help remedy the issue with a replacement. Within a couple of hours of speaking to Karen, she had had arranged for a new bracelet to be made and shipped out on a 24 hour delivery. Very pleased with this service

Ordered a garden patio table and chairs which was delivered in 3 days and is great quality. Karen was extremely helpful from start to finish, not very often you get customer service as good as this these days. Highly recommend.

Bought a metal gazebo - it was made out of solid steel - not tubular like so many.
Fitted together perfectly and looks fantastic in the garden.
It was extremely good value and it was offered at a very competitive price and not as expensive as some sites.

I purchased a lovely clock from Country Charm. I had found the one I wanted via a general search and then looked for the best price. Country Charm were the most reasonable. I found their website user friendly and easy to navigate plus they have a fantastic wide range of products.
What really made the biggest impact though, was the lovely personal customer service messages from the owner, Karen, who obviously genuinely really cares about what she does. She communicated throughout purchasing, regarding delivery and to check I was happy with the product. I will definitely buy from Country Charms again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect product and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Karen was on my order from the outset and when there was a minor hiccup with delivery she informed me. I wasn’t chasing. It was overcome with her keeping me fully informed. You simply don’t get this level of service these days. 11/10
