Some features are missing such as…
Some features are missing such as select # auto accept since my CRM is a click to dial. Would also like to be able send SMS. When I add a # it defaults to the Family category and VOIP line which I have to change each time. Also select # call block would be nice.

I purchased eyebeam phone several years ago, you have now discontinued them and they apparently are no longer going to work so i was had to buy bria 5's and wasnt even offered the same discount that other customers got if they had purchased previous versions of your softphones, incl. bria 2.5. total BS and no way to treat a long standing customer!

Need more BLF
BLF doesn't work that nice, and, overall, we need a BLF panel next to Bria, with at least 50 BLF or more, to manage inbound callas and tansfer them to users.

Missing iOS sync and activation of my Savi7
I wish that I could sync. the contacts with my iOS contacts.
It probably works somehow and just need a professional to set it up.
Am also missing that Bria5 does not automatically open the channel on my Plantronics Savi7... need to click in the Bria application as well as the button to accept the call.... by the time I get that done, the call is transfered to my cellphone - sure I could delay the transfer by one or two more rings....

Worst Experience Ever; Can't Give 0 Rating
Worst experience ever. If I could give them zero, I would.
Considering we have 15 licenses with them at $50 USD a pop, you'd think they'd care more about keeping our business.
We had problems on three Bria softphones with which we got almost zero support. Two were located in their hometown and another just down the road in Seattle.
They weren't even able to tell me where I needed to remove configuration information from or what registry entries they create when they install so that I could do a nuke and pave reinstall.
Needless to say, we're moving away from Bria. We have one Bria that crashes on startup. This is a common problem for Bria, and one which I can usually solve by upgrading Bria. In the case of this endpoint, it appears to be a permanent problem.
We have two other Brias that decided to up and not remember any phone numbers they've called or received.
After nuke and pave on both of them, it started working on the one, but not the other. Again, with their own support not knowing how their software installs itself, it makes it very difficult to support.

No practical advantages or better call quality over Bria 3 (I don't use it for video calls). Forced purchase as Counterpath mentioned that they are not only phasing Bria 3 out but that it would not work from a date.

Bria Software
We've installed this on many clients Mac desktops and iPhones on different VOIP and SIP services. It's really slick and a clean simple interface.
