I’ve had a Coturn CT-01 for a couple of years now and it is still my favourite thing I’ve ever bought. I use it regularly when friends come round for music sessions. I have it paired to an aptX Bluetooth receiver connected to a Marantz 1060 amplifier and a Technics SH-8055 graphic equaliser in the kitchen. It’s so much fun to use. Build quality and sound are amazing plus it’s great to have touch screen volume control on the unit. Battery lasts all night long - perfect for late night sessions. People are always amazed by it. I had to wait a while to get mine but it was well worth the wait. Delays were understandable given they are a start up trying to run in a global pandemic amidst a component shortage. I got a new sound burger recently too and although it’s also good the Co-turn is in a completely different league. I love it!

The Bluetooth connectivity is horrible! The internet connectivity is tremendously complicated!

I ordered a Coturn record player through the website as I discovered the Kickstarter campaign a little too late. In my case, the ordering and delivery went very smoothly and my unit works beautifully. So I think Coturn did a great job with the design and development of this one and they are no fraud or scam or whatever, I am very sure of that.

However, the reason why I only gave them 3 stars is that there is one very important and anoying thing about Coturn. They claim to have a customer service, but whatever you ask them or whatever negative (though helpful) thing you say, THEY DON'T BOTHER ... And that is so very unfortunate! A great poduct like this only deserves great reviews, they did such a great job with this one ... But I understand very well people are frustrated; I followed the last phase of the Kickstarter period of Coturn where they just don't care at all about people asking for an update or status on their player. So Coturn, please if you read this, just admit your shortcomings and give the people who supported you what they deserve one way or another!

As an original backer the 3 years delivery time is too long. Also, I'm not confined that final product functions properly at all.

I have tried to contact you multiple times without any answer. Don't be a fraud. Give us full refund.

Awful treatment of customers. Three years after backing Coturn on Kickstarter, they still haven't bothered to reply to even one of my numerous messages, not to mention the actually product!

The whole experience feels exactly like being scammed.
