Very quick delivery, very pleased

Goods arrived when promised and I am pleased with the products.

I purchased the wide legged cropped jeans in all the colours and the wide legged white jeans in a size 16. I was sceptical about ordering but my Mum said I would like the fit and quality material and she was right. All the jeans had elasticated wastes and the material was nice and thick. They all were lovely and I’ve had many comments on the style and colour. I’m definitely a new fan especially as delivery was reasonably priced and quick.

Was unsure how much the dress would look like the catalogue photo but absolutely love it. Would buy in another colour.

Ordered Sunday delivery only arrived Monday night. Blamed delivery company and offered refund on extra paid for Sunday delivery. Was needed Sunday as i was away Monday so late delivery caused major problems.

Very pleased with quick delivery but not happy about paying for delivery and returns. I won’t be ordering again.

I received an order with a code that sail if I reordered within a certain time I would receive 15% discount. I therefore placed another order in which the discount code was accepted only to be charged the full amount. When I rang to complain I was advised that the discount was only applied to full price sales. This was not made very clear on the discount voucher and I think it should not have accepted when I was paying as I would not have continued with my purchase. Very disappointed

Bad experience on-line shopping due to stock problems in store , problem ordering on-line , went through customer services , took them ages to find the problem , very unclear instructions , complaints dept full of excuses , would l buy again , never to stressful , bad customer policies , welcome home "marks and spencer"

I ordered a dress and nominated a shop to collect it from as I knew I would be away .I was informed it couldn't be delivered and it was being sent back .I called cotton traders who said it would take a few days to find out what happened but it had already a week .I asked for a refund and still haven't received it 5 days later.

Why oh why have you stopped selling size 3 slip ons that I have had for years. This is very irritating to those of us with small feet

I like the quality at Cotton Traders and have shopped at Notcutts Garden Centre store for years. Love my denim skirts with wide elasticated waistband.
Very comfortable. Your tops are too long for me as I am petite. Need 23inches max. Good sale recently too
