Dreadful service…

My item never arrived even though I had paid for 2 day delivery. This is the second time in a month. I wanted the item for a funeral, and you let me down horribly. It's all to do with your courier EVRI which is why I will not order any further items from you while you use that company even though I have been a customer for over 15 years. They have a terrible reputation in my part of the world.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Good website.
Items just as expected.
Reminiscent of old C&A days when could depend on getting annual renewal of favourite items and same quality each year.
One item didn't fit and returns process in store was quickly and friendly handled by staff
