Recent purchase of sandals size 10. Soles comfy but slightly oversize, straps thin and a bit tight, can only be put on by unfastening the rear strap which is then fiddly to refasten. Would have been much easier if the strap were longer and did not need to be completely taken out of the fastening.

Terrible service - would not shop with them again
The trousers arrived and were not as advertised. I paid £4.99 for delivery and then they deducted £3.95 from my refund amount. This is entirely not acceptable especially given the garments arrived and were incorrect and not reflective of the images advertised.

The courier ruined the purchase
The great merchandise is spoiled by the useless lazy courier service Cotton Traders employ with parcels left any old place ( a non-existant shed, a "safe place" on the floor outside the entrance to a block of flats) ! What a pity ....

Nice clothes but, what do I have to do to stop receiving junk mail? (catalogues and sales leaflets) I have twice used the online messaging service to ask Cotton Traders not to send me anything in the post, however despite my best efforts, over 2 months later I am still receiving junk mail.

Ghastly
I'm going to Greece soon, saw the floral twill jacket. I make my own dresses etc. I ordered 2 sizes. The jacket was awful, how it ever reached the production stage I can't imagine. I'm tall and broad shouldered, way too baggy even for me, but the worst bit was the way the collar didn't sit properly in the neckline.
