Let down by delivery which you charge for then had parcels over to the worst delivery company ever. It’s no good when items arrive after people have departed on holiday, 3day should mean 3days

Always good.
My husband and I have been customers for more years than we can remember. We have always had good service and enjoyed wearing everything we have bought. I have a blouse from I don’t know when - white long sleeves with geometrical drawings on it and it is always admired by people - even just lately by my 20year old grandchildren!!!
