Disappointed
I ordered these sandals in two colours as I really like them. I already have a similar pair of a different design. I was really disappointed with then because they were so tight across the too that I could barely get my foot in them. I have returned them.

I got some items delivered to store
I got some items delivered directly to Cotton Traders, as advised by a friend, as that way I could try them on and return any unwanted items.
The sales assistant was very helpful. I did return some of the items, and the refund was in my bank the next day!
The skirt that was ordered for my mother was perfect.. as my mum said, really cool and fresh. It came as full length on her, as we'd hoped.
I would recommend ordering from Cotton Traders, either direct to your home or in store as returns ate free of charge, and very easy to sort out, wither in store, or from a post office.

My last order, which was four bath towels, were a godsend as I had 5 visitors staying within 2 days of receiving them and they were in use straight away - thank you.

Cotton traders are a brilliant company
Cotton traders are a brilliant company. We have never had a bad service or goods. The items they sell are very good quality and the fit is always good. There customers service is excellent should you need to return items. We have used them for many years and will continue to do so .

A joy to deal with
I recently contacted Cotton Traders by telephone as a pair of shoes I bought from them had developed a fault some five months after I received them. The girl at their Customer Services Department was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and within a few days, before the faulty shoes were even returned, I received a replacement pair free of charge. I would highly recommend this company.
