It is easy to order and collect locally and returns are straightforward and money is quickly reimbursed. Unfortunately I have had to return items recently because T shirts were too long and a maxi dress was just below the knee. I have bought dresses before which are fine.

Easy ordering online
Easy ordering online, I always collect from a branch not too far from me , so i can try on and get a refund if necessary- which i did on this last occasion. But luckily tried another size available in the shop and the trousers fitted perfectly. Sizing is usually generous so going a size down is best for me. Refund came through very quickly and staff very friendly in the Fenny Stratford branch

Fast delivery to store, always friendly and helpful treatment at store.
I had to re-order smaller sizes and as such both dresses now fit well.

Not easy to iron
Excellent click and collect. Trousers badly creased and needed some serious ironing.

Bad experience
No reflection on most of the lovely staff at the Bletchley, Milton Keynes site. However an extremely officious, rude manager. I felt sorry for the other staff who had to listen to how not to be customer friendly.

Still having several other garments that went with it, I was so relieved to find a jumper in this Light Iris colour to replace one I'd purchased elsewhere, MANY YEARS AGO, before I even knew about Cotton Traders, but which had recently developed a hole in the front from snagging on my belt buckle.
