The trousers ordered were a perfect fit. I ordered 4 pairs in different styles to choose the best to suit my husbands needs. I retained 2 pairs which my husband found to be a good fit with plenty of pockets.

I ordered a Windermere jacket, the original jacket was dispatched to the wrong address, I was told to reorder and paid again. The second jacket arrived and I was very happy. But the refund for the original jacket is still outstanding
