An order placed was damaged in transit and the company informed me about it. I went on line and chatted with a Bot, which didnt give me any confidence that my enquiry was properly dealt with. I further emailed a week later and a day later have had a response to the issue 9 days after my first report. Not very satistfactory

Ordered 2 items, both good,but only wanted one, so returned the one. Not happy that I had to pay postage on both items and then again to return the first item. I know, from tracking, that the item has been delivered, but no acknowledgement from Cotton Traders and no refund back in my bank after almost a week. This,alone, would make me think twice about ordering again.
