My order was delivered very quickly and the coat was folded very neatly

Lovely easy care tunics Slightly on the large size but was unsure that my usual size would fit. Things bought previously have been to tight.

I ordered Sloggi briefs which is a favoured product widely available BUT I used Cotton Traders as I had received a discount voucher. However, upon ordering, the discount was not applied. I called customer services to be told it didn't apply to branded products. This was not made clear on the voucher and I am left feeling very disappointed with Cotton Traders.
The product and the ordering and delivery service were of their usual high standard, though.

Cotton Traders continue to sell quality clothing and household goods ,competitively priced .

I am pleased with the full zipped cotton hoodie. It is lightweight, fits well including the sleeve length which these days is usually far too long but this is perfect, and is a nice colour blue. It arrived quickly and the delivery service was good.

I had an issue with my order and returned 2 skirts that had faults, customer services were very helpful and efficient. Third skirt arrived and it is perfect, comfortable and lovely material!

The essence was being unable to try on these items when ordered online. I described them as too small, primarily because I have a wide fit at the front, while the back was too loose. Return was easy to a local store. A delayed delivery was advised after already waiting for 3 weeks but no explanation. (Chinese manufacture, yet again for a British company). I was completely unimpressed by Evri, which promised to let me know when out for delivery; I was notified by email less than 2 hours before the intended slot, only to be disappointed when nothing arrived. It was only the following morning that I had an 'updated delivery time'. Why do companies persist in using this poor quality parcel post?

Towels excellent only issue the loose fibers getting everywhere. Realise this is normal for cotton towels and will eventually cease. Otherwise lovely colour, soft, quick drying.

Great clothes, designs, sizings, come quickly and we can put them on straight away!
