Really nice cords, fit perfectly!

They quickly replaced my missing items but Evri couldn't give a toss it would seem

Phoned in an order as website wasnt accepting it. Spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it all out for me and was especially lovely as it was nearly closing time but she didn’t rush me at all. Then it came to my pick up point very promptly and the lady there said I could try it on which as brilliant. 10/10 customer service right there way through.

I selected the click and collect which was seamless. The quality of my items is really good and the fit is true to size. Very happy with my purchase.

This was my fourth order from Cotton Traders. The clothes are so well-made. The seams are beautifully finished, and you get spare buttons. The staff in the shop at Trentham Gardens are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The cardigans I purchased are so soft to the touch and the underwear is comfortable.

I ordered cord trousers & two cotton polo neck tops in autumnal colours, for the cooler days. As always, the ordering process was simple, and delivery by Evri was on time. I like Cotton Traders as I live in rural area with not too many big clothing retailers, certainly not ones with the range offered by CT. Also, CT's sizing is reliable for me, which avoids returns.The garments fitted well & look nice, so, once again, a good shopping experience, plus which, I was able to take advantage of one of the offers.

Trousers were not suitable for the purpose I wanted them. Delivery was quick and easy to pick up locally.

Easy to deal with company with good customer service. The only downside is that returning unsuitable items is expensive unless you live near a shop.

Good product, quick delivery by a pleasant courier

After making a few purchases over the last 9 months or so am finding upper body items generally coming up too big with sleeves too long. So am having to re-order a smaller size. Sleeve length is not usually shown on your sizing chart as far as I can see.
