Great products, fit well, suits my style, quick delivery and good service

With all other companies the size I chose is plenty bu enough. With the shirt I was sent I could hardly do up the buttons it was so small, and the sleeves only went half way up my arms. My suggestion is, that for a shirt that expensive you would get the sizing right. Also you are extremely slow in sending my rebate.

Once again very fast delivery and quality products.

Always use cotton traders as my go too especially their men’s cotton trousers, good quality, fast delivery have also sent so items back, easy returns and refund quickly, highly recommend!

order arrived quickly and well tracked - your returns are good - unfortunately I am a larger size and very often have to order on line 2 different sizes as your store never holds my size - I prefer to see and feel the fabric and colour is most in important . I love the Dobbies garden store near me as the food, flowers (wool yarn), books and garden supplies are popular

The delivery was excellent and I found both dresses fitted perfectly. I have lost weight and both fitted well.

Ordered a pair of women's slippers, when they came they fitted, but after a few hours they went really big, phoned up and they sent another pair out, but they seemed the same so sent both pairs back. Waiting for my refund. Will order clothes, but would not order footwear again.

Delivered a day earlier than expected , good quality packaging , excellent fit and feel cargo pants . Good price but better quality than High Street offers.

Your sizing appears to have changed. In the past I’ve always ordered size 12. This time I ordered the same, and every item swamped me.
Perhaps I should try size 10, but items that size in other outlets have never been big enough.
Unfortunately I returned all items and now awaiting a refund.

Having lost a lot of weight recently, I am having to replace clothes that no longer fit. I have found the best to replace my wardrobe with Cotton Traders.

I ordered some polo shirts, they were fine. But Evri delivery was shocking. Left outside even though we were in. No door knock just dumped the parcel in front of my car. I found the parcel the next morning WET it had not been raining, clearly a neighbourhood animal.

I don’t need to shop with a company that has no respect how parcels are delivered.

I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I ordered a couple of items and paid for next day delivery. 48 hours later my order was still in the warehouse. This company is so crap they are sending me review requests for clothes that were never delivered.

Bought winter jumpers in sale. Good selection of everyday jumpers although was tough going trying them on in the heatwave!!

I would appreciate it if you could have more men's trousers (other than chinos) with 35 inch inside leg.

Cotton Traders recently have not come up to your normal best standard. I placed an order on 15.7.2026 and the crop trousers was not in stock. I have phoned on 2 seperate Mondays regarding deliveries to be told that they would be dispatched on "the weekend" - guess what -no dellivery. I am 79 years old and been with Cotton Traders for years and years and never had such bad service. Your staff are very kind, but something is going wrong in Cotton Traders.
