Highdown Garden Centre
I visited the new store in Highdown garden centre. The manager was very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Good quality items. Will definitely be back.

Original brought from Cotton Traders ladies sandals in an 8 but were too big. Wich was sent back for a refund. They also offer an free exchange on any item if not satisfied with your purchases if they dont fit. Reordered a size 7 which fitted me perfectly. Love the fact these sandles were in the lovely blue colour with adjustable velcro strapped across the front of the toes middle of the foot & the back of the heel. Thr heel of shoe gave a bit of a hight & weren't too flat on the ground when wearing them. Very comfortable to wear. The colour blue sandles can be worn with either shorts dresses or even jeans pending on weather. Great to take away on holiday or just wear at home when out & about when the weather is warm & sunny. Good communication from customer services. Kept upto date via email of order & delivery time, well packed on arrival. Good price too! I've given it 5 ++++ rating well done Cotton Traders

The original parcel was not delivered
The original parcel was not delivered, allegedly it was misplaced by Evri, personally I think the delivery driver stole the items. The fact it is supposed to be a tracked parcel ?
This is not the first time Evri have been a disaster.
You should consider changing delivery company for your reputation

I am sorry to read that there was an issue with the delivery of your parcel, I have looked at the tracking for your original parcel and can see all the movement as all parcels are tracked. We have issued a replacement parcel for you which is the procedure we follow to ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible. However we always follow up with with Evri to find out what happened to the original parcel and once found these are returned to us. EVRI deliver the bulk of our parcels successfully and on time and we will always work with our delivery partner to ensure any issues are resolved.
