I had to wait weeks for my order to arrive and it was wrong anyway. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. They are rude and make no attempt to put right the issue as soon as possible.

After waiting 3-weeks for my nightdress—due to the company forgetting to dispatch it—I was offered a discount and assured it would be sent. However, another week passed, and I still hadn't received my order. When I called to cancel, the representative shouted at me, accused me of being difficult, refused to let me speak, and dismissed me as impatient. He claimed he was busy with orders and spoke to me in an extremely rude manner. Absolutely appalling customer service.
I ordered 2 cotton nightdresses, became a little worried when I did not receive an acknowledgement, then couldn't find any reviews on Trustpilot. When I contacted the company my phone call was answered straight away, as was a subsequent email. The nightdresses look very good (Christmas present, so my fingers are crossed). One returned and refunded ok.
