Love the lights - but not rain resistant
Love the lights, however, the outdoor balls do not seem very rain-resistant. The threads on individual balls break loose and hang down and the surface gets a gelly consistency. Too bad, because the colors and the system are great. We'll let them dry and hope for the best.

I still have not received my lights
I still have not received my parcel due to some issues with DPD and have not heard back from Cotton ball which made this experience less than good. I am sure the lights are very nice but I cannot judge it. Hopefully this will be solved soon considering I bought this as a present.
Update: Jan, 3rd
Cottonball has really pulled it out of the back and I have finally received the lights. Very happy despite the long wait for over a month.

Very nice product, although some of the balls needed some modification before I could attach them to the cord. Quality seems very good otherwise and the result is very beautiful :)

Delivery cost and return costs are way to high
For the order you have to pay delivery costs. Unfortunately if the product isn't okay returning it is on own cost. In my case the delivery costs and the return costs are almost similar to the product.
In The Netherlands, this is really uncommon practice and I find it very client unfriendly.

Such a beautiful product. We did purchase the grey cotton balls and we are amazed by the high quality and the extremely fast shipping. The cotton balls arrived well wrapped and were easily to install. We were actually that amazed that we just did order a second pair of cotton balls a few days after our first order.
