Placed order, money taken from bank and confirmation email received. Then received phone call from Claire telling me the item was out of stock and the web site had not been updated. Had to contact bank to get money back. AVOID!!!!!!!

Had to give a star or I couldn’t post this. Took3 months to arrive (UK) and when it did it was in a dirty package. No instructions in package. The patches are rubbish (thin flat circles) stuck in a paper thin packet. Wish I saw these reviews first. The website looks great but there is no where to write a review. Bogus shameful website. I’ve emailed for a refund But I doubt I’d even get a reply back. Will update if I get any joy

Stay away from this site. Product took 8 weeks to arrive with no instructions and once I received instructions I felt that it wasn’t going to perform to my satisfaction. I returned the item for a refund and they kept saying they hadn’t received it and to provide proof I had sent it which I did. Still no refund. I had pictures of stamped envelope with post office stamp to the return address and tracking to say it left Australia. Lost over $25-. Wish I had reviews before hand

Scam company. Does not deliver.

Absolute scam!! Ordered patches like everyone else did...took nine weeks to arrive with no instruction, allergy info nothing. Just a battered package after nine weeks. They don’t work!They answer emails...kind of, but an absolute scam! Avoid completely! 😡😡

Don't be scammed by their FB advertising with positive comments. In the end no refund was given. I had to post item back to receive a partial refund and postage at my expense which meant another $15 with tracking. All I can do now is warn others, my loss is $50 to China for a product which is falsely advertised. Don't buy from them.
Update: 20/10/20 I paid by PayPal and received a refund today. Thank you PayPal for your amazing service with buyer protection.

Cotton and gems are spam, please don't waste your money. Due to their terms and conditions they get away with fraudulent products.

My order still hasn’t arrived over 8 weeks after I ordered it. When I enquired where it is, I got a response saying I should enquire with my local post office - even though they sent me a link showing it had been shipped from China! I’ve clearly fallen for a scam company. Do not waste your money with them!!

I ordered wart remover patches and it arrived without instruction. I ordered a face oil it arrived leaking. I wanted to return. They said I had to Return to China which costs $17 via USPS from my own pocket because they wouldnt cover return shipment. There is no such info on their website. THEY ARE SCAM 100%.

This company? Is bogus! Do not give your monies to this so called company?“ “in the end you will reap what you sow”.

I would not recommend you order from this company I am still waiting for my order 9 weeks later. They do not tell you it is being shipped from China. They respond to your queries but wont refund me the money even though I keep asking. Would give no star if i could

Purchased 2 packs of skin tag removal. Took 7 weeks to arrive. No branding, no instructions, no information on ingredients it contains etc in the packs. After utilising both packs saw that there was no change at all and no removal of the skin tag/mole whatsoever. Fails to deliver and when you email them for your money back they don't reply. Steer clear of this dodgy company which goes by many different names on Facebook.

This has to be the most interesting scam I have found. Absolutely no decency whatsoever steer well clear of them.

Product simply didn't work when used. The "100% satisfaction guarantee" stated on web-site not honoured. After much to-and-fro-ing in a Paypal dispute, eventually said they would refund if I returned the product, knowing it had been used and that was why I was raising the dispute, as IT DIDN'T WORK! Steer well clear.

My UK friends, do not bother. I waited 7 weeks for delivery and the product is crap.
I feel stupid, do not waste your pennies x

I ordered the skin tag removers and ultra brightening oil. Both turned up in the time stated but bear no resemblance whatsoever to the products on the website. The tag removers have no branded packaging or label so could be any type of stickers at all. The ultra brightening oil is in battered chinese packaging that just says aromatic oil. Truly pathetic products and misleading website. Do not be fooled by the slick website and obviously fake reviews on there.

Bogus claims!
I bought their skin tag remover and it did nothing whatsoever. Very disappointed. When contacting them I get an offer of 15% discount on my next order. I will not order anything again from them of course.

After waiting over two months my package arrived .Please don't be fooled like I was by the advertisments I reveived a filmys pack not unlike a plaster, no instructions , no allergy or product info. Be careful, don't order. Not anything like what I actually ordered.

I waited over 6 weeks for my item which was only sticking patches less than an ordinary letter I sent several emails but no satisfaction when it arrived it had no instructions and the product was rubbish there was only a very small quantity and they didn't stick Absolutely useless I did ask for a refund but they didn't get back to me
