great delivery but
Good value and very prompt delivery. Sadly the wooden presentation box was damaged on arrival. It was a gift for a close relative so didn't bother to complain, he will understand. I am getting on in years and cannot go out to shop so rely on deliveries. As most online shopping requires a printer or QR code these days for returns it excludes me from many things unless I am confident it will suit.

When ordering
When ordering, I inadvertently clicked on the wrong delivery address. I sent an email to the company straight away and the next morning received a message assuring me that the error had been rectified. So relieved! The port was safely delivered. Many thanks.
