The bottle/decanter arrived in very good time with engraving exactly as requested. The transit box and packaging did a fantastic job and the contents are a Birthday present for a mead appreciator.

On the plus side delivery was very quick and the items very well packaged.
A slight negative is that I consulted by phone to ensure that there was no notification on the box as to the contents as it was a gift for my husband. Unfortunately he took delivery and the address label indicated what the contents were. so a little disappointing.

For the 60th birthday of a very good friend, I wanted something special from the year they were born and following a google search spotted The Cotswold Port Co had a suitable bottle of port at the best price and more importantly could deliver quickly - excellent!!

Bottle arrived engraved nicely but the accompanying magnum box was cracked. No immediate response to my emails but when I called and explained the deadline for an event, the supplier could not have been more helpful. A replacement box in perfect condition arrived the next day.

This is the first time that I have used Cotswold Port Co and found ordering quite simple. My vintage port arrived as promised. It was wrapped impressively, so no fear of breakage. Yes, I would use this company again.

I ordered from the Cotswold Port Company principally to purchase a gift for a friend, but added some bottles for myself to the order. I was very happy with the transaction, especially the way in which the bottles were so carefully wrapped and protected from damage. I will certainly buy from them again.

A 40th birthday gift for my son, the item exceeded expectations in every aspect. Well packaged, promptly despatched and I’m sure it will be well received.
