The Cotswold Knife Company offers…

The Cotswold Knife Company offers quality products and quick delivery, and the customer service is decent. However, I had some minor issues, like scratched packaging on a gift item and concerns about Royal Mail's unreliable delivery service. While not perfect, I might consider ordering from them again in the future. 3/5.

They had just what we wanted at the best price, even though we made a mistake with our order, they sorted it out very quickly and without any fuss whatsoever. Dan was always extremely helpful and great to deal with. Thank you.
