Having used the previous reviews to choose Cotswold Composite Doors I have to say they were everything that had been said. No hard sell, when time was needed there was no chasing, and then when we were ready to order Steve was happy to come and talk everything though to ensure we were happy with our choice. The fitting time was quicker then expected and the fitting went smoothly and Max did a great job ensuring everything was just right. I would certainly recommend.

Steve came out to quote us for a new front door nice and quickly. He was friendly, informative and didn't go for a 'hard sell' approach. Instead, he gave great advice and guidance on a suitable choice and was willing to work within the time frame we had. Communication in the lead up to installation was great and the fitter did a brilliant job on the day - clean, tidy and a fantastic finished product. Highly recommend Steve and Cotswold Composite Doors. We will be using again!

From the moment I contacted the company to talk about purchasing a door, to the time it was fitted, Steve at Cotswold Composite Doors was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and really good to deal with.
He came out to meet me initially to talk about the door, then came to measure-up a few days later…. He turned up on time and was a pleasure to deal with.
He told me a time and date the door would be fitted and that’s exactly what happened. Max, the door fitter was great… On time, fitted the door perfectly and cleaned up after himself.
I really cannot fault this company at all. I wish all businesses worked like this.

Purchasing our new doors from Cotswold Composite Doors was an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Steve's initial visit to assess the work was both friendly (no hard sell), informative and thoroughly professional, after which he provided his quote on time. He also responded rapidly to our follow-up requests and queries. The doors were installed on the pre-booked date by Max and his colleague who did an excellent job leaving the house tidy and all old materials taken away. The doors have transformed the look and insulation of our home. We can highly recommend this company.

Wow…… this is the company you need to go to for a bespoke door, from survey to ordering to fitting, these guys know their stuff. Even the fitter is a perfectionist which bodes well with me because I like everything to be as it should. Steve is wonderful at customer service, he made it clear that he wanted to see the end product, these guys definitely don’t just see a sale, this company looks after their customers

I needed a back door urgently. Steve went out of his way (maybe this is his daily high standard of customer service), to expedite the order and fitting. Everything was as promised. I had a problem immediately the fitter left and I phoned Steve. He was with me within half an hour to show me what I was doing wrong. I felt so stupid but he was so gracious. How's that for after care service. I would not hesitate to recommend Cotswold Composite Doors and more importantly would use them again myself.
