A rare disappointment.
This is a V good company - they live up to their word. Of course everything has increased in price so options are more limited for us and them! I would have happily kept the raffia shopper but the ridiculous internal section of the zip, flapping about and getting in my way would have annoyed me constantly, hence the return - I don’t want to pay to be annoyed! The top just wasn’t me, pity, I loved it!
The processing of each order is excellent and all interaction with staff is handled graciously and promptly. An excellent company.

I used this company for the first time on this occassion. Easy ordering, arrived early and a well packaged parcel. I ordered 8 items and all were in greater than average quality. Their entire collection seems to be all exceptionally good quality. They are expensive if bought at nomal prices which one would expect for the quality. I cannot pay the normal prices and only buy what is on sale. This has been a very pleasant first experience to say the least!

Very nice T shirt type top purchased in Sale. I took a chance as only size left was smaller than I usually buy but was a better fit so I was very lucky. I took the chance because I liked the style, V neckline and elbow length sleeves, and design which was a blue on white small floral pattern.
