I ordered the animal snap game from this company and my 2 year old grandson loved it. The cards are large and beautifully bright. He can name all the pictures and recognise matching pairs as the graphics are clear. You can use these for initial sounds, naming, snap or turn then over to pair match in a memory game. Fantastic resource.
I ordered a present for my grandson’s birthday, paid for next day delivery , and he never received it till the following day , and customer service took there time getting back to me , they said there orders had been done for the next day , well quite simple do not give the option for next day , will definitely not buy from here again

I am very sorry that the delivery time was a disappointment. Your order was placed at midday on Thursday using a Royal Mail track 24 service. Our website does not state that this is a next day delivery service and the order arrived on Saturday morning.
I am also sorry to hear that you felt our response time was slow. You contacted us on the Saturday following your order and we replied on Sunday - many businesses would not respond outside of working hours but we make the effort to do so when we possibly can.
Finally, we did issue a refund for your postage as a gesture of goodwill. We feel we did our utmost to meet your expectations, but we are sorry you feel we fell short on this occasion.

I ordered some baby clothes from this company and they were delivered in less than 24 hours! Also, the baby clothes (from brand Blade & Rose) are of amazing quality and some of the cutest baby clothes I've seen! Will definitely buy from this shop again. :)
