Super warm and cosy. Stays warm until the morning. Had to buy a second one has we we’re fighting over who got to cuddle it!

My package was delivered very shortly after placing the order. The packaging was minimal and recyclable.

I ordered these pieces and got a text at nighttime to say that they had run out of the ones I ordered. I was moved to see that the seller was on top of their game even at that time of night. I was promised that they would send out my order by rapid delivery as soon as they had received them. So thanks because they were an anniversary present for my wife. What made it special was that I was in hospital at the time but they were delivered within a short time after the initial disappointment that they weren’t in stock. So thank you again.

Over the busy Christmas period , Cosy Panda were in touch with great courtesy to apologise for the slowness in arrival of the Hot Water Bottle I had ordered. In fact it came perfectly soon and it is so nice , with a sturdy interior bottle , secure stopper, and a really congenial furry chocolate brown outside . Reliable, well-mannered people , pain-relieving and nice looking product, thoughtful customer relations-they really do deserve success .

Also, they have the only covers made from natural fibres that I could find after a decent search.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am
with my new Teddy Bear hot water
bottle ! It arrived promptly and is very well made with a thick cover. The heat slowly seeps through BUT stays warm all night and into the morning. I have used it every day since and it has helped with my back pain. Would buy again.
