I ordered a pair of shoes recently. Firstly amount was in AUD however when amount was deducted from my card it was in US dollars so was way more than I was willing to pay.

The shoes arrived however the coating on the heels is peeling away from the actual heel. The buckles are both skewif and the holes are also out of alignment and haven't been pierced properly.

They are just really cheaply made and an inferior product.

Despite several emails to Cosypairs requesting a return address so I can send back the shoes (at my expense) and get a full refund they keep responding with excuses and offering a 10% or 25% refund and won't provide a return address.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Cosypairs

I asked to return the shoes because they did not fit. Each email response took nearly a full day. The first response suggested that I just give the shoes to someone else and they would give me a coupon. When I said no, that I wanted to return them, they offered a 10% refund ($3) and to let me keep the shoes. I don’t want them. I just want to return them. It feels not worth it now but I’m guessing that’s what they want.

Worst shoes I have ever ordered. You can't stand in them they are so flimsy. They refuse to reimburse my money saying thing like "you could give them as a gift" " they will give me 10% off my next purchase" "25% off" telling me my pakage may get lost in the maile and I will not receive any refund. Warning DO NOT ORDER from this company!

This company has been a disappointment to buy from, the shoes are terrible some are not the same as pictured. I purchased 3 pair. They sent one in a size 10, I ordered an 8. The other to do not fit to size as indicated on their chart. I was offer 10% in return value.,, conclusion cheap ugly show sold by dishonest company. Avoid at all cost.

They refuse to provide a refund. Their return policy is a scam. They told me that they were moving address and cannot provide a return address need to return shoes

Scam! Do not buy! After two months received 2x pairs that I pay $130. Straight in the bin, unwearable.

I ordered a pair of shoes in February 2022, which totaled $55. Despite numerous emails to which I received no response, I never received my order.

I ordered shoes from this company and they were never delivered. When I contacted them to tell them they hadn't been delivered, I received no response

Ordered the shoes in a size 8, but received a 9. Even though it was their mistake, they would not send a prepaid label to send back for an exchange or refund. They wanted me to just keep the wrong size shoe with no refund. After MANY emails back and forth, they offered a 10, then 20, and finally a 30% refund. Problem is, I still lost over $30 and have a pair of shoes that don’t fit! When I mentioned returning them, they were suddenly moving and had no address. It’s a SCAM! Don’t fall for it!

my experience was troublei didnt get my shoes that been ever sincere may of this year 2022 here it is novemberan no feedback no shoes i ordered twopairs almost a hundred dollars

BEWARE!! Ordered a pair of shoes; took over a month get in snail mail. The shoes look NOTHING like the photo, not the color nor the style. They are wide square toe not tapered, not sued but a fabric that's cheap. Contacted them several times to return but all they could offer is a discount of 10, then 20, then 30%. When asked about returning them, they indicated they don't have an address for returns. I will be contacting my PayPal to get it settled!!

I have ordered several pair of shoes from this company the first two were great the second time I ordered I got one pair but not the second I emailed them and said I’ll take this shoe instead of that shoe because you didn’t have my size although you charged me for them I’ve been fighting with them for six months. The shoes are not great quality and I knew that going in but man I do not like to lose $35 to anybody this company is awful I’ve sent them countless emails just replace the shoes that I paid for it’s really simple scammers scammers scammers buyers beware

We ordered online some shoes. We did not get the shoes and went to the site to check and it was flagged by our router and antivirus for malware.

We can't check the order now and the shoes never arrived. We have been scammed!!!

Shoes are very cheaply made (like cardboard), don’t fit, & after contacting company for refund, offered a coupon & suggested I gift them (what??) to someone else saying I’d have to pay return shipping of $30 (shoes cost $45). Never buy their shoes!!

Shoes were made cheap and did not fit. I am still waiting to be contacted so I can return and be refunded my monies. I would not buy from them again.

Terrible customer service if a return is needed and they didn't refund my money. I was told to "gift" them to someone instead!
