the pillows suck. I have had no improvement with neck pain or anything else that they claim will happen with their pillows it flattens so quickly have massive migraines every morning spent almost 180 on 3 pillows and they are garbage woild not recommend

ordered a mattress protector. it was marked delivered & photos were provided. never got an email confirming delivery but i’d gone outside that day to bring in another package and it wasn’t there. the carrier they use seems shady, lots of people having similar experiences if you search online & we’ve never had a package stolen before. seems like the delivery driver took photos as proof of delivery & then made off with it. automated email responses from customer service & $50 down the drain.

The reviews on their website must be fake. I got double charged for my order a couple of weeks ago and still sending emails to try and get money back for part of an order which was never received. Alongside this the pillow cases I DID receive are such poor quality, I requested to return and my request has been declined even though there website says “hassle free returns”. This has been anything but hassle.

On 25.1.26 I placed an order for a Luxury Bamboo Down Alternative Duvet - all season 13.5 Tog to replace an old goose down/feather duvet - same Tog rating. The new duvet arrived promptly a few days later and I used it the same night it arrived. I found that it did not hold the same level of warmth from my electric blanket that I use to pre-heat my bed which was a concern, but even more of a concern was that I woke up cold around three hours later. Although the same Tog rating this duvet was not a patch on my previous 11 year old one, which I am now using once more. I have wasted £100 on this new duvet which is probably only good for summer use - as a pensioner I cannot afford this. I completed a review for the company but have heard absolutely nothing from them apart from to receive an e-mail today offering £15 off my next purchase - not a chance of happening!

This is the 3rd set I’ve ordered, even though the first 2 weren’t colour I particularly wanted but they seemed to be decent quality. The set that arrived today though feels noticeably cheap with a high viscose consistency and a completely different colour to the picture. The zip had gone on my existing purple set so re-ordered that too from the same collection. The replacement duvet cover was the same material as before so I don’t understand how the new set from the same range is so different. It’s shiny, slippy and horrible. It also stinks and is a silver grey as opposed to the moss green shown in the picture. Having checked, the description does say grey but the picture is totally different and it’s not a stock photo. As others have said the material is thin and pulls easily but I put that down to having cats. Won’t be ordering from them again and having read the reviews here I won’t even bother trying to return the new set. I’ll use it until the cats have killed it then take my money somewhere else. Even at a huge discount it was nearly £100. I’ve bought better quality ones for £20! Don’t believe the reviews on their website either

Made an order and used a discount code, guess they didn’t like the price because it was suddenly cancelled when I went to check on the delivery. Reading the reviews it seems they did me a favour, ordered from elsewhere, you get what you pay for

This is supposed to be a UK company & yet it refuses to deliver to Northern Ireland, in spite of the fact that we are a part of the UK. Adding insult to injury, it is possible to order from this company via Amazon to a Northern Ireland address. What is going on?

Do not purchase! I purchased a luxury bedding set on the 16th December and it has not been delivered. I have attempted to contact them multiple times over email, live chat and phone and have been ignored. Do not use them!

I've tried multiple times to contact them via email and live, what a joke, chat regarding an order and they just don't reply.

Scam company. I ordered a 13.5 bamboo duvet. It was so thin I had to check the label. It said 13.5 but no way is it. I was freezing! Got in touch with the company but useless. Won’t send a return label. Expect me to return a duvet which is now not in a vacuum bag so huge. Don’t trust the positive reviews! UPDATE….after constant emails to them, they have refunded my money & don’t want the duvet back! Suggest I donate to an animal charity!

I just purchased a set of king split everyday bed sheets. Love them. Constructed well, fit well, washed well. I purchased two sets of bamboo sheets and this time I purchased the everyday sheets from Cosy House and will purchase again in the future. Excellent company.

I ordered a set of sheets a year ago. Due to the number of other sheet sets I own, this set has only been washed about 5 times since I am not home for 4 months each year.The sheets were completely pilled after the most recent wash. I wrote to the company and they asked for pictures. These were sent showing very clearly the issue.
Then , I got an e-mail asking me
1) the temperature of the water
2) the temperature of heat of the dryer
Do they really think that after 53 years of marriage I don't know how to wash sheets???
They offered no refund but a 20% coupon for a future order.
I would NEVER order from them again and will tell anyone looking for new sheets not to order from Cosy House.

Cheap fake material, not bamboo, stitching awful, tie off bits inside duvet ripped off, pillow cases about 5ft long, full off different cotton threads inside duvet cover. Dont waste your money on this cheap Chinese rubbish

I ordered from them last week and paid for express delivery and I have still not received this, I have contacted them everyday asking for updates, you can not talk to anyone it is either a robot or you have to wait days for a response for it to just be a standard text with no care or consideration.
They have taken my money and I have no product just keep saying it's in transit, this is fraud as I've paid for a product but not received it.
They have said they will refund me the £3 for express delivery but still not received this so I don't expect anything.
I will never be ordering from them again, and I reccomed you go elsewhere as its not worth purchasing with this company, it's nothing short of theft.

My wife ordered a weighted blanket on Monday 14th July 2025 which has arrived. No offer of a refund, very limited communication, no offer of a replacement… I would avoid they take your money and you don’t get your product this is nothing short of Fraud through deception under the distance selling laws. Next step is section 44 under the consumer rights act 2015 to reclaim this via claw back from the bank… overall bad Experience I would buy from someone else who supplies products after payment received….

I use Bamboo sheets and have done for years and love them bought from M & S and John Lewis all still going strong after many washes, was told of Cosy House sheets so decided to try them. They came quickly and were packaged nicely. But that’s where it ends up! After following washing instructions, and after 2 washes they bobbled , so I complained and after sending pictures of my washing program and the sheets received another set , but hey ho 2 washes in the same thing happened so both sets are now in the bin !!!! Friends and family who bought them have all had the same problem. Bamboo sheets sets are a fabulous product if bought from the right company .

I purchased a white kingsize Bamboo Sheet Set and a set of white Luxury Bamboo Pillowcases. Unfortunately my wife did not want plain bedding but something with a pattern. (should've known better).
I contacted customer services about returning the items and got a reply almost straight away from Alex.
Not only did they give me a refund but told me to donate the bedding to a charity rather than returning them......Amazing, Well done CosyHouse

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Delivery & Customer Service
I placed an order with CozyHouse on July 8th and was told it shipped on the 10th. By the 14th, I still hadn’t received it and contacted them. I was told to “just wait,” despite the tracking showing conflicting and unclear updates.
I reached out to the courier (Evri) myself, who admitted they had lost the package. When I asked CozyHouse for a refund or a replacement, they refused—hiding behind their shipping policy and refusing to take accountability.
Instead of resolving the issue or contacting the courier themselves, they kept sending me the same tracking link and brushing me off. For a company that claims to care about customers, this is a terrible way to handle lost parcels.
I’ve now had to chase both the courier and CozyHouse, wasting time and money for a product I never received. Most reputable companies would’ve either refunded me or resent the item by now. I won’t be shopping here again.

This “bamboo” bedding is not worth the money, it’s mostly cheap man made fibre and very thin. There were raw edges on the pillowcases and after a couple of uses the bottom sheet has rubbed up and bobbled which makes it uncomfortable.

I was excited to get my cooling bamboo sheets from Cody House! I read lots of great reviews about how they were made and people loved them! Well…I am SO disappointed by the quality of the thin fabric and the color (Silver) I bought is awful too, it looks GREEN.
Also, after one night sleeping on them they wrinkled up so much, which doesn’t come out, and they are so thin, they just look horrible!
What a waste of money!
