Our natural, skincare, beauty, homecare and wellness products are all developed by our founder, a qualified chemist, and have been made in Malton, North Yorkshire, since we started our family company, eight years ago.
We are proud to employ over twenty local people in our growing team. Every product we make is from 100% natural ingredients, free from palm oil, artificial surfactants, sulphates, artificial fragrances and preservatives. We have long term wholesale and trade partnerships with many independent shops, visitor attractions, accommodation providers and events companies across the UK. We also create and make products for a growing number of white label clients, looking for a trusted product development and manufacturing partner offering manageable minimum order quantities.Our packaging is all recyclable, compostable or reuseable and free from single use plastics. We are committed to being cruelty free, do not test on animals and we never commission other organisations to do so on our behalf. Everything is suitable for vegetarians and we have a wide range of vegan products.

Excellent Products
Discovered Cosy Cottage whilst holidaying in Malton last year.
Blown away by the range of products and the quality. All ethically sourced and made which is a bonus. So we have placed our 1st online order. Delivery was prompt,well packaged and of course sustainable packaging.
Using products with little added water is a revelation. You need to use so little and the products last much longer.
We will back in the shop in 2 weeks whilst on holiday in the area & will continue to shop on line when we are not in the area.

The products are exceptional. The service in store was amazing and knowledgeable and when I ordered online everything was perfect, quick delivery and beautifully packaged. I took a from turn on the way back from Whitby and stubbled across this shop, so so glad I did! BUY FROM HERE!

I was a little bit dubious about going…
I was a little bit dubious about going alone but having purchased Cosy Cottage products just knew this was the workshops for me. Clara, Wayne, Cath and the team all made me feel very welcome. I attended candle making in the morning then lunch (which was vey nice) with Clara and the team and the soap making in the afternoon. Everyone was so knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and had all of my questions answered. I will would not hesitate to book again. Great day out, loved every minute. Thank you so much 😊
