Cosy cosmetics is amazing!
I love their intense body mists my favourite scent is creme brulee!
The scents lasts so long and they will last longer aswell if you layer your scent up!
I would recommend making sure to buy perfume oils and perfumes aswell so you can later your scent up!
And if you don't know what to go for their mystery bundles are 😍🤩

Bought lots of flavours of body spray. The 3 that I wanted I got refunded for because they were out of stock. Why let people buy them if they’re out of stock!!

I can't thank Cosy Cosmetics enough the products have changed our lives they dont just do amazing value mists no look a bit closer you will find their skin care range made from scratch on site with different ingredients for specific types of skins not only amazing prices but they really work 😀 also hair products that have contributed to my daughters hair growth after having post sepsis trauma and loosing lots of it. Im not sure where to start, im absolutely obsessed with cosy, my 1st purchase was the big bundle, followed by hand spritz then perfume oils. Im not far from owning all the collection now. These scents are incredible and super long lasting. I will definitely be recommending cosy to anyone and everyone 💕

Absolutely love cosy cosmetics all there scents are next level the inspired by ones are better then the originals! The body oil has really reduced the look of my stretch marks and scars so thankyou cosy for giving me back my confidence 🥰🥰🥰

Cosy cosmetics have an amazing variety of scents and products at a really affordable price it’s a small business with all Uk made products that are natural products, vegan and cruelty free. Their delivery is fast too with free delivery on selected products and orders over £22 Royal Mail 48 tracked which is amazing as you know exactly when you parcel is arriving.

Order arrived half empty with the box soaking wet. Ordered via TikTok shop and no one will resolve the issue. I’ve also emailed a few times.

I ordered via TikTok, and they got part of my order wrong. They refunded the wrong part but they don't offer replacements meaning I'd have to order again to get the product I actually wanted. But, I ordered with free delivery. Now, I have to pay delivery which costs £3.50. So the £4 they refunded me for *their* mistake means nothing because I'd have to spend all of that on delivery. So, they make a mistake but I'm the one who has to pay nearly double to get the product I wanted. This is not a fair business model or practise.

I've ordered from Cosy before and had no problems, but now I won't because their customer service is so terrible. Not only did they refuse to help me, but the chat is so slow it's impossible to really talk to someone about the issue.

It's a shame because I really loved the Cosy products I've tried. But now I'm scared to order from them again because what if they get it wrong again? Then I have to fight to get customer service to respond *again*, potentially pay double for a product I've already bought because of their mistake *again*... I just don't trust them, and I'm so shocked by how they've treated a customer who has ordered from them multiple times before. A really horrible and upsetting experience.
