Noémie was so helpful and quick to answer during the whole process. An amazing experience. We are so happy with our rug (we choose the navy one). It’s shedding a bit but it was expected as it’s pure wool. My children love it (they fell asleep on it as it is so comfy). Definitely recommend. Many thanks cosy coco ! Sophie

We bought the ripples fiery red natural red wool rug from Cosy coco.
First off the color was totally different than the website.It showed a lovely fiery red color almost burgundy but when it arrived its more a pinky red which is cheap looking.
The white border on the ripples is more creamy than white which again gave a totally different look and not what we expected. The tassles at the corner of one end were red instead of white and one of the tassles has already come away at the seam.
On the plus side there is a nice depth to the rug.
For the large sum of money spent we are extremely disappointed.

I am super pleased with the service I received from start to end ! The rug arrived a lot quicker than I expected and was far more beautiful than I could have imagined . It’s luxurious to the feel , the colour and size work well in my living room. All in all it sets a wonderful tone to my decor and I would highly recommended purchasing an invest piece from cosy coco !
