The worse customer service

It is very hard for me to even select one star. Honestly the entire service and team does not deserve even the shadow of a star. The service is sooo bad to extend that no one bother to return phone calls.

- I purchase a mattress online on the 9th of Feb22 hoping for it to arrive on the 15th on the same day of my wife arrival from her trip.
-I called and I was then told it will be delivered by the 18th.
- I tried so hard to get them deliver it on the 15th but they said they cant do any thing about it.
- then I received a call saying that the Mattress will only be arrived on the Sunday the 20th not any more the 18th. I called again and they said they cant do anything about the new delivery date.
I did asked my wife to change her arrival date to any date after the 20th.
- Unfortunately I did not receive Sunday the 20th as agreed and promised and received no call call to explain why.
- I called on Monday the 21st and spoke to Annabel. She said the Mattress was sent to a deferent Depot. She checked and confirmed that the mattress would arrive on the Wed the 23rd or latest Fri the 25th.
- Again there was no delivery on Wed or Fri and and no one bother to contact me.
- I called again on Saturday and every time I was talking to someone they purposely hanged up the phone on me. After few trial I managed to speak to Jessica who told me that the Mattress was not delivered to a wrong Depot (like what I heard from Annabel) and it was actually damaged. She sent me an email confirming that she has requested a new Mattress for me and said it would be delivered 10 days later as it takes 10 days to make in which I would have receive it on the 30th. I was not happy for 2 things. Firstly they lied to me when saying the mattress was delivered to a different depot. Secondly I was forced to wait another 10 days for my order. By then I have bought an inflatable mattress to sleep on during the new 10days waiting. I called back and this time made I insist to talk to a manager to find out what was going on. I found it extremely impossible to speak to a supervisor or a manager. Every time I asked for a manager they put a request on behalf of me for the following 24-48 hours. I requested the manager to call me back more than 10 time and no one called.

-There was only one call from Mohammed Petal who apparently called me once and I didn’t answer. The truth is I was in a meeting the time he called. But because he called once and got offended because I did not answer and decided not to call again. That was the only miss call I received from Mohammed Patel for the entire experience. We exchanged emails and I requested to talk to him but he refused my request. I have spoken to almost every single one and Mohammed Patel refused to call back. I did ask for a direct number to the management but it seemed that I crossed the line by asking and got ignored every time I called.
- on the 20th of March I received a call from the company telling that there was no order for me and placed a new order and it would take 10 days to be made. Again called Mahammed Petal but refused to talk to me.
- I finally received the mattress on the 30th of March. 50 days later when it was supposed to be 5 days. I still until now not sure why I never received any calls from them. I made more than 50 calls and talked to so many people but not once I received a call from them letting me know that there will be a delay. What is more surprising is Mohammed Patel who called himself a manager never had the curtesy to call back. I am now in the process on getting in touch with Garth Morris and Peter Kelly to make them aware of the poor service their company is providing
- And one more thing. I have lost all emails communication with the entire team about this order.
- My advice if you ever receive any email from them forward them to yourself so you have some sort of evidence of their poor customer service. Otherwise they will retrieve them.
