Magnificent experience with a brilliant racing track. Very professional run with great food after the racing over. Limousine lifted my party from the hotel and back free of charge. 10/10.

Don’t get caught out, book with the actual provider

We booked Christmas Day tickets for the Benidorm Palace with Costa Ticket by mistake as we thought we were booking with the Palace’s own site. We booked late (two working days before Xmas) and received an email from Costa Ticket to say our tickets were reserved and that our ticket code would be emailed within seven working days! By Christmas Day we had still not heard from Costa Ticket so we went to the ticket desk at the Palace to be told they had no ticket for us and we weren’t on Costa Tickets list either!!! We tried the Live Chat and 24/7 helpline, from the Costa Ticket, website and neither was working! We were distraught but thankfully a very helpful lady at the ticket desk spent 15 minutes on the phone with people she knew until, thank goodness, she confirmed that we did have tickets!
Have we heard from Costa Ticket since the ticket mess up on Christmas Day? No! Would we book with Costa Ticket again? No!

No customer service what so ever

I have tried to contact customer support as my email address at a typing mistake. Cannot get in touch through email, telephone or live chat. There for can get my booking so lost my deposit and can’t pay the remaining money due on tickets. Absolutely no customer service what so ever!!!!!!!
