We met Christian in early February. We wanted to look at property in the Altea area. Christian was very attentive and welcoming from the first. He took stock of our criteria and immediately set to work locating appropriate properties. He was very good at keeping to our "must have" requirements. He is very knowledgeable and familiar with the area and was able to guide us to excellent areas of the town. After he found us the perfect property, his true value showed through. He guided us through all the legal and banking hurdles that are part of Spanish property sales. He set up all of our accounts for utilities and had recommendations for contractors and vendors if we needed any minor renovation done or required any furniture or appliance purchases. In short, Christian was the point man for the entire process.
He was also able to keep us relaxed when the few stressful episodes in the buying process materialized.
