I ordered a wig for an anime convention I planned to go on the 31st of this month (March), but when it came in the mail, and I opened it up. I was very disappointed in what I saw. The wig was absolute garbage, don't buy from here. I wish I had gone to this website, before I purchased. Would've saved me the trouble of wasting my time and buying another wig elsewhere in a hurry.

they sent my cosplay back for an error with the payment (their fault) and then, when it came back to my house, after i paid 100 euros+ 50 euros for the customs, my local post office told me to pay 32 euros when i didn't receive a single notification from bhiner, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Needed to pay shopping for 100 euro wish is way to much for an item that cost 20 euro. Also it feels like a scam cause i needed to pay at 3 diffirent times. Desided to not get the item when they asked me to pay 50 euro extra after the first 70 euro i spended on the 20 euro prouduct.

While you may find things that are cheap when it comes to the postage its super expensive and not worth it anymore like it used to be.

Fees are not transparent. They split delivery as another bill to dodge responsibility. Once something wrong with the delivery. Bhiner doesn't handle it. They ask you to pay and wait again (A journey takes more than three months). It's almost impossible to get what you order.

If you want to see what is trolling, talk to Bhiner's CS. Don't be fooled into thinking they're trying to solve a problem.

Great website for getting cheap cosplay costumes, boots/shoes, wigs, props and other cosplay items. They hace a good range/selection for cosplay items. Which means you can compare items and get what you want. When I've ordered wigs, they've always came with an additional wig cap. Good customer service. Only issues I've had have been custom fees (of which is out of their control) and items I order being out of stock. But when an item is out of stock,they normally refund to my Bhiner wallet or better yet, find an alternative. Definitely would reccomended this website to any cosplayer.

Oh this website is a big full up scam 204 euro for international shipping because 3 boxes and they can’t fit it in one? Sorry they wasted me 689 euro because customs clearance 3 damn times in a row :) don’t trust there scummy cheap advertisements thanks u going to just waste ur money

I ordered something in 2019, paid for it all by march 2020 and by may 2020 with no warning it was sent back to sender because it was delivered to an old address (ill admit that was my fault) so i got on and messaged customer service, they said its in transit back to them and they will update me. I waited a month and got nothing, asked again, same reply. waited again because covid made things slow. but now, in jan 2021 i have gotten nothing afyer requestings several times. they cant find the package. i even said i would pay for the shipping fee again. but nothing. they lost it. and now im out over 100 bucks with no product almost a YEAR!!! later. i dont trust them and will be using another proxy service from now on. but i had to write how messy a situation im in and have been in sonce may or june 2020!!

Very disappointed. Ordered a fab set listed around £65, which was suddenly listed at £99 plus fees. Paid.

80 days later and still no costume, Bhiner tried to charge another £99, and this was without shipping costs!!

Apparently the price is £199 plus shipping and fee, so why is it still listed at £99.?

Nothing had been done, so luckily Paypal was able to get us a full refund.

I do not trust this company.

Our package of nendoroid figurines we ordered from Bhiner came damaged. They used a thin single-wall carton that was too big for the 3 figurines. They used a flimsy folding foam sheet in the area which had no product to fill the extra space, so it's no wonder the carton got crushed really badly. The type of carton they used to ship also was not the standard type for 4 lids. This was more of clamshell type of carton. I'm not sure that type of carton is sufficient for holding up shape during international shipping.

Bhiner told me to contact CanadaPost to get them to create a case number. They told me they couldn't do it, even though the CanadaPost customer service and help information online says the Shipper (Bhiner) needs to do it. Also after nearly 2 months, Bhiner still has not give me a resolution. Such as a refund or anything. They keep telling me to wait.

I've lost alot of trust in Bhiner. This was my first order with them after a friend had highly recommended them. But I would not risk ordering with them, unless your product is the type that you don't care that the packaging gets all ruined and crushed.

It was really nice experience.
I really like they service. Everything came in nice packaging and shipping was pretty fast. (btw I live in Czech Republic and parcels from China can take months before the package arrives.)
Also I really like the use of fabrics and its nicely sewn.
I do recommend this e-shop to everyone.
