We ordered a party package from a different company and it was missing a piece - the matching cupcake holders. I searched everywhere and came across Cosmov. Mark had our missing piece in stock. It was a Thursday evening, it was for a themed birthday party, and I thought that we wouldn’t have everything we needed in time but called anyhow.

Mark was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the cupcake holders in time, even personally delivering it to a friend so I could pick them up before the weekend. When that didn't work out he came up with a plan B and got the package to us by Friday morning. The level of care, effort and customer service he showed was genuinely exceptional.

Thanks to Mark, we had everything we needed for the party and the day went ahead perfectly. It’s not often you come across someone who is willing to go to such lengths to help a customer, especially at the weekend.

Recently ordered decorations for my father's 60th birthday party and couldn't believe the quality of the items I got. I mistakenly entered the wrong address when ordering and the customer service was extremely quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Highly recommend!

I used Cosmo Party Shop twice recently. Once was for a balloon arch and various other decorative bits and pieces for a wedding (banners, etc) and once for a 60th wedding anniversary party. The room looked fantastic when it was decorated, Cosmo had all we needed. It was a seamless process, everything was supplied exactly as ordered. Highly recommend!

Everything i ordered arrived promptly, the balloons felt good quality and none burst while inflating.
