A great deal that arrived quickly

I order Moroccan oil hair oil treatment several times a year. It is not cheap. On the Moroccan Oil site, two of the larger bottles costs $100. Here, I was able to get three bottles for $100. The standard shipping was incredibly fast and the items arrived as described in perfect condition.

Gave the Zo products to my friend…his

Gave the Zo products to my friend yesterday, she was overwhelmed and speechless!

My friend says Zo products are the ONLY products that help her skin. She was also excited about your pricing! She forgoes hair salon and nail appointments to keep purchasing Zo products.

Thank you for refunding me the discount amount as well.

Overall this is a win- win for my friend and me.

Amazing Customer Service

This was my first time ordering from CosmoFactor. I had a lot going on and my mind was elsewhere when I placed my order. I emailed to see if I could cancel and got a prompt repsonse that they were able to cancel. I changed my mind and decided to go ahead. I asked for a code for a discount because mine had expired with my first order. Again, the response was amazingly prompt and they sent me a new code. Customer service means so much to me. This is a sign of a great company!

They give fake products!

They give fake products so I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

I bought ZO growth factor and its fake! I've been using this product for years and the smell, texture and color is completely off. If you're going to give fake products you should at least make it look like the container hasn't been opened. There were fingerprints on it and you could tell they stirred it as well.

Wish I could get my money back but oh well.... I'll just warn people instead.
