Absolute SCAM! Dont rent from this company

Absolute SCAM! Don't rent from this company, if you expect your deposit back. We lived only 1.5 years in our apartment and left it in a better state when we got it. On the handover date, an army of painters and floor workers inspected every corner of the apartment. They quoted us 12.000 DKK for painting two rooms, that looked near perfect + over 6.000 DKK to renovate the floors.
Really bad experience until the end - stay away from Cosmo Ejendomme.
