Everyone is so indifferent, nobody is paying attention to me. I'm forcing them to pay attention, I'm forcing them to tag senior support and regular support, and nobody is helping me. I'm complaining about the entire support team; nobody is finding a solution to my problem.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE RESELLERS
So first of all, their staff are friendly and you can see they want to help.

But let’s just talk facts, the tools are not “undetected” and are some of the most outdated GitHub products I’ve ever seen.

They’re happy to refund to store credit when there’s issues, however here’s a perspective for anyone thinking of using their softwares.

Atlas - Is alright, seems to have an actual active dev working on it, some issues but nothing major. Used this, no bans for over a week.

Vortex - wanted to try a different product, the install required more than necessary and took their support team a hefty while to get the thing to actually inject. Less than 2 games of playing I got perma banned.

To make matters even worse, it wasn’t just the one game, I was legit banned from multiple games, Fortnite, PUBG, COD, etc. despite the fact I only used the tool on PUBG.

Resetting windows has done nothing and I’m not faced with buying a spoofer or getting new hardware.

Avoid at all costs.

Update: 14/06/2026 - They’ve since banned me from the discord server after I left the review in their server 🤣
