They straight up did not deliver the product and then closed support ticket without answering. I had ordered 1 pack of nootropic starter bundle.
Also the tracking number they gave shows no information about order so likely fake generated number.
They tagged the order as completed which is not delivered.
Company is taking intentional fraudulent activity to not deliver products at random it seems.
They did return back to me; I don't know why it takes 2 weeks to ship but if I receive the products as is promised rating will be removed.

Our specialist responded to your letter, but did so in a new ticket due to a technical error that sometimes occurs.
You are right, the tracking numbers are currently not working for citizens of other countries, but this does not mean that they are fake. The difficulties in tracking are related to the complex order dispatch system caused by the current situation on the nootropic products market. You can always write to our customer service with a request for up-to-date information about your order.
We should also note that orders that have been marked as completed are not those that have already been received by customers, but those that have only been shipped by us, as preparing parcels for shipment is also a fairly labor-intensive process.

They allow fraudsters to misuse other people’s email addresses to register accounts and buy drugs from Russia to the UK. I contacted them to remove the account linked to my email after receiving shipment notifications, and they claimed the issue was resolved, but I continued receiving emails requesting order reviews.
