Always have a great meal. Love that they focus on healthy eating. Last week we ordered takeout and due to an unforeseen circumstance were unable to make it to pick up before closing. The next day I called to see if by chance it had been refrigerated as three of the four items would of been fine. They had not saved them but offered to remake them for us and as always the food was delicious. Thank you Cosmic Cowboy!!!

I am not used to make a bad reviews, however in this case I feel forced to do that because despite my many reminders I still have not received any update on my package.

I ordered a down jacket on the 29.11.2020. According to the advertisement on the Cosmic Cowboys the delivery should have been done within 24 h, however being an European shipment I was aware of the delay, but I would have never imagined it can take such a long time!

That said, just think that the Company took almost 1 week to assign my package to the NL courier and now, after 18 days passed I still don't have it.

Company said that it was shipped to Italy, transported by Eurodis so now it’s no longer up to them the delivery. On the other hand, as I paid 20 EUR I consider them in charge to follow my shipment and resolve all the issues.
Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable and if they are use bad Couriers it’s their problem to get this sorted out.

Unfortunately they don’t care at all, it’s 1 week that I am trying to contact Eurodis and nobody pick up the phone.

I feel lost and I would not recommend Customers to count on Cosmic Boys to make an online purchase. Might be that they are good seller in NL, but for shipment that goes abroad I absolutely suggest people to look for something else.

I paid an important amount (20 €) to get this shipment in an express way, but the Seller used the worst and cheaper way to sent my package out.

In the end this is not the service that a customer deserves. Therefore I do not recommend Cosmic Cowboys | Dutch Fashion Farm BV
